Offering yoga in the workplace is a fantastic way to support employee well being. Extensive studies have shown yoga practice can help reduce stress, anxiety and improve health outcomes.
If your office is currently closed as workers continue to work from home, a regular online yoga class can be a way to allow teams to connect at a social level outside of formal business conference calls
I am currently teaching the community class at Yoga West London. Each week is a different teacher, but you can check their timetable to see when I’m teaching here! (Note that during lockdown/tiered restrictions these classes have moved to online, via Zoom).
